BOOKING PROCESS
You want to join one of our trips but don’t know how book your spot?
Here you will find all the steps to follow to book your next journey with Your Travel Zero!

STEP 1: Fill out the form
IMPORTANT: Please do not reserve your spot unless you are certain you can travel and are available on the specified dates.
During the pre-reservation payment process, you will see a form where you’ll need to fill in all your details. This is also where you can add any comments or special requests.
STEP 3: Group Confirmation
Once the minimum group size is confirmed, we’ll reach out to you. Please note that if you cancel your spot after the group is confirmed, the pre-reservation fee is non-refundable.
To finalize your reservation, we’ll need your documentation and the signed pre-contract along with a 50% payment of the total trip cost, made via bank transfer.
If the minimum group size is not met, we will refund your pre-reservation in full.
STEP 2: Pre-Reservation
Secure your spot by making a pre-reservation with a payment of €100 before the deadline to ensure you don’t miss out.
Payments can be made via credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer as a deposit. You will receive a confirmation email, followed by another email from us with further instructions.
STEP 4: Payment
Complete the final payment 30 days before the trip begins, unless the supplier’s conditions differ, in which case we will notify you in the pre-contract. For last-minute bookings (within 30 days of departure), the full amount is due upon booking your spot.
Ten days before the trip, we will create a WhatsApp group for all travelers to get acquainted. In the week leading up to your departure, you will receive your insurance (if purchased), flight vouchers (if included), and the general terms of service, which you’ll need to sign and return to us via email.
